The wastewater concept of the future
INWATEC GmbH & Co. KG works innovatively and creatively on current environmental topics, primarily to save resources and CO2 and thus contribute to climate protection. Through our long-standing and trusted customer contacts, we are called upon as a partner for optimization and savings potential in the areas of cooling water, boiler water and wastewater treatment.
Currently we are working with a company from the chemical industry on a new wastewater concept for the future. The aim here is to develop individual chemical treatment processes in order to comply with limit values and keep disposal volumes as low as possible.
At the same time, together with the customer, we try to influence the waste composition in such a way that waste/residual material becomes a recyclable material ready for sale. Valuable ingredients in the residual material can thus be kept in the cycle. The topic of residual/waste avoidance is becoming increasingly important for many companies in order to minimize costs and resources. Through efficient water treatment, most of the wastewater can be reused and does not have to be wasted. We have developed various processes with which we can treat wastewater for reuse, individually adapted to our customers’ systems.
In this experiment, for example, we are working on optimizing our existing processes in order to operate even more efficiently and with a greater focus on the future. INWATEC attaches great importance to always researching further and not resting on a concept. We always want to achieve the best and most effective results for our customers.
Thus, with intensive and practical preliminary investigations, an economical and functional wastewater treatment concept of the future will be developed at our customer in the chemical industry, which will serve as a basis for large-scale implementation.
